Detroit Edison,
Conner Creek (Seven Sisters)

For over eighty years these towering stacks were a navigational landmark to airplane and lake freighter pilots. On clear days, airplane pilots would use these stacks to line-up with runway 33 at Detroit City Airport. Down bound lake freighter pilots would see the stacks and use them to judge distance for entering the Detroit River channel.
